Dead by Daylight Killer Guide: The Legion

Fighting games like Street Fighter 2 or have opposing players working towards the same objective of defeating the other but can choose between different tools to accomplish this goal, with one of many distinct fight

Oni - the Oni is one of the newest killers to the game. Introduced in the Cursed Legacy chapter DLC , the Oni shares a similar playstyle to Billy with one key difference: he can only sprint across the map after absorbing enough blood orbs. Orbs are dropped from injured survivors who do specific actions. For Oni to become truly powerful, he has to injure at least one survivor. But when Oni gets going he can sprint and instant-down any survivor in his path until his Blood Fury runs

terrifying-friday-the-13th-the-game-r5ia08mgjmdsntlt.jpgTrapper - One of the original killers in Dead by Daylight , the Trapper specializes in placing bear traps around the map that will trap survivors. The ability is simple but unfortunately survivors can manually trip the traps as to not step in them and it's frustrating to constantly keep re-arming the traps. Overall, the Trapper needs a hard buff to keep him in line with the other top-tier kill

To mitigate Legion's slow starts to matches using perks such as Barbeque and Chili can allow the Killer necessary recon to get things going in his favor as well. This allows Legion to see Survivor's in a nearby radius after he hooks a Survivor. A powerful ability that allows him to truly begin his pressure. Nurses' Calling also synergizes extraordinarily well with his Deep Wound ability, as Survivors are forced to heal and mend the status effect away, allowing this Killer to maintain extraordinary pressure on a group of Surviv

Clown - Capitalizing on the common fear of clowns, dead by daylight events by Daylight 's Clown specializes in tossing bottles filled with noxious gas that slows survivors tremendously. While this is great in theory for cutting off loops, the Clown can only carry so many and he does have to "reload" his bottles. If players are not good at tossing the bottles then the Clown is pretty miserable to play as. However, the Clown does have a redeemable feature in the form of his perk Pop Goes the Weasel, which is great for setting back generators after hooking a survi

The latest addition to Dead by Daylights roster of bloodthirsty villains is the intimidating Deathslinger. A mix of murder-hungry cowboy and Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, the Deathslinger makes use of a powerful harpoon rifle to snatch up unsuspecting survivors and reel them in to meet their death. The character combines an interesting design and unique gameplay style to create one of the coolest killers in the title's roster. This guide will provide some essential tips to excel with the character and take out survivors in no t

The Rift

The Rift is basically the same concept as a 'Battle Pass', in which it comes with its own differing Tiers and its own challenges. The completion of nodes within 'The Auris Web' will grant XP which gradually builds up to create a 'Rift Fragment'. Rift Fragments are accumulated toward a leveling system (that has a max of 70) and each fragment will reward players with new; charms, outfits, and Auric Cells. Auric Cells is a special currency in Dead by Daylight that can be used to unlock premium rewards that are available for a limited time. So, if players have an eye on a certain reward, The Rift is only open for about 70 days at a time and it's recommended to keep grinding until that goal is reached before it res

The Tome

The Tome is the core of the entire Archive that's an interconnecting tree of nodes called "The Auris Web". All these nodes are constructed with branching challenges that will each need to be completed during trials. These challenges can be something simple like, "help a survivor off a meat hook" or "repair 2 generators during a trial", etc. The completion of a challenge will unlock the succeeding one, each with differing Tiers. Once players complete an entire web of challenges, they will be rewarded a 'Completion Charm' and 'Rift Fragments'. Charms are unique cosmetic items that are attached to the belt of the survivors that are specifically tied to their origin stories. Thus, killers can also get charms, but they're only decored on the meatho

When playing Deathslinger, players should use his rifle as less of a way to initiate an attack but a way to finish off weakened Survivors. Given their slower walk speed, they make for easier to shoot targets for the slow and intimidating figure. Rather than trying to shoot a fresh Survivor using the harpoon to down hurt players is a smarter use of the ability and guarantees that players will receive mileage out of

Cannibal - The Cannibal, or Bubba from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre , is the poor man's Billy. The Cannibal wields a chainsaw which he can swing around wildly and it will instantly down any survivor who is hit by it. However, if Bubba hits an object he will throw a tantrum and be locked in place for a few seconds while he wildly swings his chainsaw. The tantrum is near-impossible to control but if a survivor happens to be in range when it happens they will be downed just as if he were hitting them with it with the sw
